Those are all very common words in Greek philosophy and literature generally, so it's hard to know where to start. But I would start with the big Liddel & Scott Greek dictionary. There should be substantial entries for each of those words, complete with lots of examples of how they are used in various texts.
Ergon and dunamis are important concepts in Aristotle's thought. If you're not very familiar with Aristotle, you might start with Jonathan Lear's excellent *Aristotle: The Desire to Understand.*
Aristotle also has an extensive discussion of inferences "from signs" in his *Rhetoric*. I don't know whether this would have much to do with "signs" as miracles, though.
Best, JM
